  1. Digital Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a digital product, you have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After this period, it will not be possible to make a refund. Also, refunds can only be made if the digital product has not been downloaded or used.

  2. Physical Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, without signs of use, with the original labels and packaging.

  3. Services: If you are not satisfied with a service provided by UnsualSoft, you have up to 7 days after the date the service was provided to request a refund. Refunds will only be possible if the service has not been completed and approved.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page, stating the reason for the request and the details of the purchase. After evaluating your case, the refund will be made within 7 business days, according to the payment method used for the purchase.
